Does anyone have a direct number to someone in Unified Billing? I have had DirecTV for 2.5 years and have never had any issues with billing, but I was recently tempted to start a wireless account with AT&T because of the promo they had, but it was the worst mistake of my life. I have spent over six hours on the phone being transferred from one department to the other and no one has been able to figure out what is happening with my accounts.
I have had service with AT&T wireless for the last three months and it has been the most frustrating, confusing months EVER!!
