I had a business provided wireless number. I upgraded and switched to AT&T a few months ago. I have left the company. Before leaving I was informed I could simply transfer the billing to my name with no fees, penalties, or contract. When I switched AT&T customer service told me the same thing. I tried to unlock my phone and had problems. 2 more customer service reps worked through it and had it resolved where I could get it unlocked. Now today I get an email from tech support saying I can't because I'm under contract. Can anyone help. I can't get much customer support and never yhe same person twice. This has got to be the worst customer support of Any company I have ever dealt with!
