In September my son lost his phone and so I filed an insurance claim with Asurion. The day after I filed the claim, he found his phone. I called to cancel the claim and it was too late as the replacement device had already been shipped. I waited for the new phone to arrive at my house and I refused delivery. In the meantime my AT&T wireless account was charged the $200 deductible for a phone I never received. I called AT&T in September and was told that I needed to talk to Asurion to be reimbursed and they transferred me. Asurion said that they would put in for my AT&T account to be reimbursed right away, but that it may take a billing cycle to show on my bill. Ok, so here I am and just received December's bill and still no credit. I have called every month has and AT&T just transfers me to Asurion and then Asurion just tells me that they put in for the account credit back in September and that I may take another billing cycle. Is there anything that I can do about this?, or did AT&T/Asurion just straight up steal $200 from me?
