I have NEVER exprienced such horrible customer service in my life. I am blown away that this company is still in business. It is a JOKE!
I was supposed to receive a $300 credit months ago for activating a new wireless account and cannot get an answer as to where the credit is.
I have spoken to a Robert, Sarah, Elaine, Brady, Precious, Eli, Anthony and Stephanie. I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone and on chat trying to get this straightened out. I just tried to call someone in the unified billing department, Chelsea, who PROMISED to help me...actually transferred me mid sentence to another department. I need answers TODAY. I will certainly tell everyone I know to steer clear of ATT!!!!
