One of your representatives on the phone just hang up on me. I was compaining about my experience with at&t for the last few months and he was rude. his name is paul and works in the department that cancels accounts. such a wrong position for him to be. he did credited a prorrated charge i had when i had to cancel a filip phone before i got a new one but with a really horrible disposition and manners. he left me with a bad taste and a really bad impression about your company. i was going to move my cell phones to you too but not after this treatment!
it is crazy to think the amount of money you spend trying to get new clients and mantain happy the ones you have and then you have people like this one on the phone treating costumers so poorly. shame on you Paul or whatever your name is and shame on AT&T for having misserable people like him working for you and ruining paying costumers days
