Worst customer service ever

I have never had such horrible service than I have with this company.
I am eligible for a $300 credit to my account, which was promised months ago and about 10 customer service reps and countless hours in the phone and chat. I have been given the run around by EVERY SINGLE customer service rep. No one follows through, the reps are uneducated, and their word is not honored.
I am appalled that this company is still in business.
I'd run quickly away if you are thinking of switching to att. I wish I would have stayed with Verizon. Plan to move internet service asap.
