I'm letting you know my absolutely disappointment with AT&T. As a 3 year client with 6 wireless lines and Uverse, paying almost $900/month, asking for an exceptional postponment due to an unexpected health expenses in my house (my wife had a Kidney stone, and have to pay $24,000 to the hospital).
The answer is that because of the account is past due 30 days they cannot extend anymore my payment. I'm asking for 20/30 days more waiting for a receivable that us coming.
Almost paid $30,000 in three years and AT&T cannot help.
I'm sorry but if you suspend my service you are doing that to a family of 6 one of those sick.
I'd appreciate your consideration with us extending the payment period up to 30 more days.
