unsatisfactory customer service

I'm very disappointed in Att customer service via the call center. We recently upgraded our phones and when the in store manager started reviewing the account he noticed I had been paying 25.00 a month on an iPhone 5s for 6 months on a BYOD deal. That they had set my account up incorrectly from the get go. The in store manager and my self tried to explain that yes we had in deed brought our own device which I had paper work purchasing and it showed it on all bills and paper work but the call center was very rude and I hung up. I am now out the $150.00 that I should have NEVER been charge to begin with. I asked for a credit for the $150.00 which is rightfully mine to start with and the call center just laughed and told me good luck. Super upset with Att! Jason
