Dear AT&T customer care,
My partner (and myself) were very loyal customers ever since I went to LA to begin my career in early 2006. Our relationship with AT&T was an important one. My partner signed the paperwork and I got the phone so we could stay in contact. My credit was less than nothing; Actually that's not true. To be honest, it was next to every synonymous word that described poor credit. In fact it was so bad, my name couldn't even be associated with it on paper. But I paid the bill for 8.5 years until things started piling up and work slowed down. My partner was not aware that there was an outstanding balance of $150 that I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR and having Multiple sclerosis which had been acting on the cognitive area of her brain caused her to forget about this final bill. I want to make this right, so if she ever wants to come back to AT&T, she isn't blamed for this misunderstanding.
Sincerely
A former happy customer.
