Why call us and make us wait when you can't actually solve the problem?

I was really happy and grateful with Wanda, who called to follow up after I gave a negative review. She then said she didn't want me to cancel my line and transferred me to Sherry, who made me wait on the line for several minutes while she looked for ways to solve my problem. But nothing was resolved! And I am back to square one, but now I have less time.

Thanks for nothing.
