I switched to att from Sprint a little over two years ago. First let me say I have enjoyed my experience with att. The problems I have are in regards to the contract changes. What I liked was having a contract and being able to upgrade every two years without paying an arm and leg for a new phone.
Sprint allowed me unlimited data; which was really nice. Att has tried to help me increase my data available without too much of a price increase.
The problem is, my bill keeps increasing and I just can't afford.
If I were to upgrade my husbands phone, I would have an additional monthly fee for upgrading to a smart phone plus additional fee for payments for the phone!
I can't afford that!
I barely can make the monthly payment I have now! I really need to try and get the payment down closer to $200 (it'd be better if it were under $200) without losing services I have! Not to mention needing to upgrade his phone without costing more!
