Switching from metro to att

So last month I switched from att to metro because it was 15 dollars a month cheaper for the same plan. However I am not satisfied with their service, or should I say lack thereof.

So my question is I have the Kyocera hydro. What do I need to do to switch it over to your network.

And also could you match the price of 30.00$ a month for unlimited talk, text, and web upto 1 g at 4 g speeds
