I recently upgraded to the iPhone 6S. I was handed a mailing label from the Apple store to mail my old phone to At&t. I mailed out the package on 10/17/15 and since then, At&t is saying they haven't received it. Please help, as I don't want to be charged $300 for a phone I no longer have. Also, I was under the assumption that At&t kept a listing of the tracking numbers, but apparently they do not. It would have been nice if the reps had mentioned to keep the tracking number on file. It's not on any of the leftover paperwork I have. I have called At&t customer service four times already and have received no word on the status of my returned phone. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated!
