Does anyone from AT& T see this?

I am trying to file a complaint against AT& T but I am finding it hard to navigate the BBB / FCC websites. I cannot believe what this organization gets away with still. I am shocked. As soon as my contact was up they started changing me $15.00 a gig, instead of $5.00 . So needles to say I had a $438.90 bill ! As soon as I asked to unlock my phone some how my bill went to 789.56 , I am a single mother of 3 so I need to know we're my children are. My bill never reached 300.00 ! As soon as this organization can screw you they do. I use the word organization. Be cause they are conducting themselves like organize crime does.
Does anyone fromAT& T see this ? I payed this bill ! I hope all the CEO sleep well knowing what you do to people.. So glad the Government is fining you for Billions. Not that it will effect your Bonus this year! Gluttony has a way of resurfacing.
