My number is ----------, and I am currently on medical leave because of a heart condition and I have my next appointment at the Mayo Clinic next week. I've been a loyal customer with you for nearly 25 years and I've never had my service interrupted because of nonpayment. I'm currently waiting for my disability benefits to start and I was trying to inquire if you have any type of program that I could utilize to maintain my service because for health reasons I need a phone nearby. For the record if I don't get my benefits soon I will have to take it out of my retirement fund, so I can get my hands on money, it's just a process.
