Last month I received 2 bills, spoke with your online representative and thought it was cleared up, this month I received a bill for my current billing, plus a $9.00 past due charge and the billing that is not correct. Spoke with another representative last week and was told that it was on my records but just hadnt gone through the shstem yet. Was told it was corrected and the late charge was taken off so I sent in my check for $295.03 on Monday. Yesterday I received a lilling from your company that said my phone service will be shut off after Nov. 11 if this over $500.00 bill was not paid. I would just like to get this corrected without another 30 minute phone call will your representative.
