I went to the AT&T store at the local mall to pay my recently deceased son's phone bill. When I went into the store there were two associates. One male Noah and one female. I asked who could help me.that I needed to pay my son's bill. The male pointed to the young lady. I gave her my son's phone number and told her his name then the male jumped up and came over to help. Asked if I would need a receipt and I said yes. He said that we would have to go to his computer seeing the printer was not set up on the computer that the female was on. So we did. the male took my phone out of my hand and started riffling through it. I was baffled I told him that was not my son's phone that the dective still has it. And could I get my phone back. He still kept riffling through my phone? I said Could I please get myphone back I am not even a customer. I took my phone, then he said that the printer was not working. and asked me to sign on to my email on his computer to see if I received the receipt? So I did, and I did get it, he was standing over my shoulder. so after checking my email he minimized the screen. I said could you close out of my email please? Thank you, I left and changed all of my passwords banks emails..... what is up with this guy?
