I received a large phone bill after I cancelled my cell phone plan with AT&T. I called CSR a couple times, and also went to ATT store. Because my account is cancelled, and I don't set up a passcode, everyone tells me that they can't access my account and there is nothing can be done.
When I bought the phone on ATT online store, I was required to prepay for 1 month bill, I cancelled within a month I received my phone, and this 2nd bill I received not only includes both prepay for next month, and also asked me to pay again for the 1st month, which I already paid when buying the phone.
Isn't this radiculous?????
