Over charging your customers

Att is about to loose a long time customer ! I have had my account for 14 Years and bought my son a go phone which I had to call every month to add minutes I was told by one of your representives that I could save five dollars by adding him to my account I finally gave in and did it ! What a mistake I made My bill went from $53 a month to $90 and  then $250 and it just keeps going up ! I finally called Customer service again this makes 4  months in a row and cancel my son phone . I tried to get a credit for them over charging me on our data which we don't even use and the lady told me it was my fault because my son phone is a smart phone ! I told her thank you and on Monday I will be contacting an attorney ! So beware of secret charges ! Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me ! You suck Att ! Not a very happy customer ! The tricks you play !
