$62 for 3 hours in Tijuana?

If It's not taken off I'm cancelling service and moving back to T-Mobile tomorrow. If ATT is willing to lose a customer over an overcharge then so be it. No sweat off my nuts. Customer service was useless just now.
About to call T-mobile and see what I need to do to get set up because I'm assuming at this point that nothing is going to happen on ATT's end and I'm not paying that fee. I WOULD pay a reasonable fee, but that's not reasonable for 3 hours, 1 mile from the border.
