ant begin to express my frustration and the lack of concern on the part of AT&T..If you check your billing, I have been upcharged everymonth for addiitional data because the wireless I pay for does not work in half my house, therefore when I am home, I have to use my data. I have consistently complained and as of today I have been out of phone, wireless and interenet intermittently for the last two weeks. I was promissed a fix yesterday and still no fix.
I want a refund for everyday I have been down this year and a refund for all the extra data you have charged me for, because my wireless internet does not work in my bedroom.
Your custommer service is the worse!!!!!. I have been a home custormer since 1969 and a cell customer since 1989. I do believe that should account for something. I am currrently researching my options because it is obvious that my loyalty means absolutely nothing to your company.
