I have been with this company since they acquired Cingular and was one of the customers grandfathered into the unlimited data plan. I recently purchased the 6S and the associate said that not only are they going to remove me from unlimited but will charge me considerably more each month. After the associate reviewed my monthly usage, she advised that the 3GB was more than adequate. You can imagine how disappointed I was when I began getting slammed with overage charges. I don't even use my phone that much more than an average user and am now scared to even use my phone. I finally bit the bullet and paid EVEN more to upgrade to the 5GB plan. Even though I am paying a ridiculous amount per month, you can imagine my disappointment again I am already getting notices that I'm approaching my limit AGAIN! I have become disenchanted as an AT&T customer and my gut feeling tells me I am getting screwed over big-time. I have never switched my carrier since 1999 but unless this company proves to me that they care about my satisfaction without making me break the bank, I will happily find another company that values my patronage.
