So upset. I have been trying to get something resolved for over a month now. You told me a certain plan would be $76 and then billed me $176. I am pretty sure I've talked to every person in your customer service department and nothing has been resolved. I've been with AT&T for five years with no problems whatsoever. What's even more disturbing is that I've actually heard this has happened to other folks as well. Very sad to see AT&T start to diminish in customer care on this level and join the masses. I'm left with no choice other than to switch carriers and feel it is my duty to file a report in order to protect other customers.
