I recently merged my Direct TV bill and my AT&T wireless bill. One bill.....what could be simpler, right? Simple until I went online and realized that I currently owe for two months of AT&T service instead of one!
I have been an AT&T customer for at least the past 15 years with my bill being due on the first of the month for the prior month's service. Now, they want to make me pay the prior month and a month in advance, which means I now owe for two months! What a rip!!!
I am on a fixed income and this is NOT in my budget.....You have a very unhappy customer, AT&T!
