Bill issue

I think there's something wrong with the current bill. I recently changed my plan to a family plan, and my monthly rate was supposed to be around $120. I just confirmed that the balance for this month is $239.79, which is far higher than I expected. We didn't use any additional data.

The bill states changes to service and one-time charges other than the usual monthly charges. (Changes to service: $75.00, and one-time charges: $45)

When we changed the plan, no one told us about these charges. My friend who just joined a family plan was using a at&t pre-paid phone, and the staff who helped us told us that there's no additional charge for joining. I'm a primary holder, so my friend doesn't have an at&t account.

Also, the content of one-time charges($45) is just service change fee, which makes no sense because there's also changes to service fee($75) separately.

Please check and clarify the content of my bill.
