EXTREMELY frustrated - Pending charge on cancelled order

We are new customers, and are already having another frustrating issue with ordering an additional line.  However, this is the most recent and upsetting.  Placed an order for a third line, but phone wouldn't ship for over a week.  Called to see if we could change to a phone that was in stock, but the rep advised us to just cancel and re-order online.  We took that advice and cancelled last Thursday 10/22.  The amount for the order is STILL pending on our bank statement, and I've gotten no two answers from AT&T that match.  First person said 24-48 hours.  Second person said that it would be Monday at the latest.  Monday came and went, called yesterday and they said it should be cancelled by 4-5pm that day.  As of this morning, STILL pending.  This is not a refund, this is just a pending transaction for an order that was cancelled within an hour of being placed.

 

Does anybody know of any way to reach someone in the system that can just manually cancel the pending transaction instead of telling me it will eventually disappear with a time frame that changes every single time I call?
