Been with att since 2002.... I've spent a total of 4 hours on hold, transferring, and being hung up on today!!! Another 6 hours waiting for a return call from the customer care "specialist." While on my continuous hold, i learned that the go phone provided by att has better plans than the phone on contract!! Also, I have learned that paying $1000 for 2 months of phone service does not entitle a person to speak to a person or get any answers... So thank you att for my wonderful day off from work!!! But mind you I did get the executive office number, and I will be explaining my horrible Expierence with them... That is when they open!!! Thanks for overcharging me since 2013 and make notes I will be letting everyone know, how unhelpful and poor business practices!!! It will be on every review forum on the Internet, and I may pay to start my own complaint website so everyone can publicly tell their stories!! Thanks att
