About suspension of my account

I am out of country since past Oct. 6th.
I am in a family plan with my family.
And my husband requested to suspend my account on Oct. 7th, next day to my flight.

But I can see same amount of charge on my account.
I thought I don't have to pay that much because my account was suspended.
Please explain to me.
I will wait your answer.
