After we made out 12th payment on our NEXT plan, we upgraded and turned our phones in. Now on my bill we got charged for our 13th NEXT installment from the old phone plus our 1st NEXT installment for our new phone. I should not have gotten charged for the 13th on the old, correct???? I haven't tried to contact ATT yet.
