My previous post provides the details on the issue. neither the att store nor customer service, nor sales, nor collections was able to help me. My mom would have invested in a new phone and a new contract with ATT but all the depts kept sending us to another dept to waive the fee (which had been waived but the att store rep failed to mention it in the "notes") so the issue was not resolved by att so we will take our money elsewhere unless by this forum it can be resolved.
