I made family plan deposit on the end of Aug 2014 but until now I have never get my deposit back. The account was opened on Aug 6th and I was added in that plan at the end of Aug 2014. I made 500 deposit when I added in that account. The rest of four family plan members get their deposit back on the end of Aug 2015 but I haven't received mine until now. I called ATT service twice and they told me I should get my deposit back already but they do not take any responsibility of helping me check the refund!!!! I went to two different retail store and the manager there told me I should get my refund back soon but both of stores gives me two different date for the refund issuing date. HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR TWO MONTHS, GET NOTHING BACK! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
