I was a happy ATT customer for past 7 months, but my last billing cycle has made me to think otherwise. I dont have any International calling facility available in my cell phone. For dialing international no. I used various calling card which are available.
But this does not go well with ATT I believe. This month they charged me 127$ for 36 mins of international call even though I can dial an international no directly. When I dialed to customer care they tell me they are helpless and can only offer me a 60$ discount which I rejected.
I am not able to understand that if I cannot dial an international no directly from my phone how could they chrage me for that. Can anyone help me registering a complain, because when ever I reach a customerCare I had to hold for more than an hour to get to them.
