When did ATT's customer service become so horrible? The only reason I have continued with this provider for OVER 10+ years is due to the great assistance by ATT reps. But it seems for the past year or so, ATT has downgraded on trying to assist customers and not care about who they have as reps. Negative comments, unwillingness to assist is becoming ridiculous. Honestly, for the amount of money being billed, I might as well go to a cheaper provider and get the same bad service, at least there I know I am getting what I paid for...
