I am enrolled in auto pay.
Every month I receive a "Your AT&T wireless bill is ready to view" reminding me my bill is due but that I am enrolled in auto pay. But no where in the body of the email is the amount due. This is pretty consistent, but sometimes there are changes or I travel and the bill is higher.
I find it a waste of time to have to log into my account to see if the amount is my 'normal' amount and what is expected, or if the amount is different.
Would you please just change your email system to pull my monthly amount due into the email you send me so I can see that without having to log in.
