Hello,
I signed up for your internet service this summer. In the past my bill was in the $60 range. I'm wondering why, this month it's over $100? I've heard of this happening to some other people, and it's just not right. Please lower my bill or I'll be forced to cancel your services. We don't use wireless enough to be charged $100 a month.
