I have been a loyal customer for many years and have recommended my friends you you guys but it will stop. I am going through a hardship right not and I did fail to make a promise to pay arrangement. I've had a different number which was 520-xxx-1795 so pretty much I've been with u guys for about 8-10 years. You guys have been great before but now I feel like I've been push aside. So, your saying that loyal customers that go trough hardship don't count since we are not giving money at the right time then we don't count. This has disgusted me and feel like taking my business somewhere else. From now on I will not recommend any body to att.
