Why am I being charged almost every month for at least 1 MB of data, sometimes more; when I don'y have a smartphone? I have a Samsung flip phone and don't ude Data. So why am I being billed for it?
I want the charges rescinded for the past three months and if this happens againg I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the FCC and the FTC. The only reason I use AT&T is because of free calling to other AT&T users. Don't make me find another carrier!
