I posted on here last week explaining my problem with my account. Someone from uverse reached out to me to tell me that they could not look into our wireless account. They said that they would hand our case to wireless. That was on Friday it is now Tuesday and no one reached out to me. Since last week we've been trying to fix this and no one can help me. This is very frustrating!! We've been wanting to pay out uverse internet and like I said no one has helped us so we have no internet at home which is a huge inconvenience, because of that we have been having to use our data which is quickly running out. Who do we have to call to help us???
