I had two identical Nokia 635 smartphones on T Mobile. I brought them to an ATT Corporate store to make sure they were eligible for the $200 bill credit buyback with new service. I also went to the ATT Buyback web site, put in the phone details and got a quote number that verfied the phone was eligible for a smartphone $200 promotion. I printed this out "just to be safe." I traded in one one phone but had to hold onto the other one until my new phone was delivered a few days later. I tried to trade it in today but the store said "the computer" wouldn't take it (despite a written quote guaranteed until 10/182015) and said I needed to call Custoemr Service. One hour with Custoemr Servcie resulted in them blaming the store but not issuing a credit. Bottom line: I transfered my service to ATT, wiped my phone clean and bought a new phone from ATT. ATT won't honor their written guarantee. Im sorry I ever considered doing business with ATT. Short of small claims court, what do i do now?
