I need to speak to Nadia in AT&T's Customer Retention Department

Convinced I was switching to Sprint, I called and talked to Nadia in Customer Retention for a last ditch effort with AT&T. She made me an offer, but I declined it. I was pretty committed at that time to switching to Sprint.

 

I have since had second thoughts and called back today. I just got off nearly an hour of time with AT&T (three people, two transfer calls). And the last lady, although very nice, could not do what Nadia had said she would do.

 

How do I get Nadia directly? There must be a way. The lady I spoke with tried, but said she couldn't figure it out.
