I recently found out that my bill was changed from the 20th to the 17th of the month. I do not receive paper bills so I was unaware of this. When I called I wanted my bills due date to remain the same she told me no problem and changed it to the 22nd. I do not feel that I was informed very well that there will be a gap in between the service dates and that I will receive a bill for $75 dollars on the 17th and another for the full bill on the 22nd. I have been an ATT customer for a long time now and have always been happy with my service until now. $75 for 5 days of service?? This is ridiculous and will be going to the better business bureau with these business practices. I have to pay $75 extra to keep my bill the way it was just because ATT wanted everyone to pay on the same day. Good way to lose customers.
