messed up plan

I just changed to uverse and at the same time reupped for my wireless since my contract had expired.  I ordered two phones and 2 lines with a 5 gig shred data, unlimited tlak and text.  You were unable todo it over the phone and I was instructed to go to the AT&T store to finish the upgrade.  I got my phones and everything seemed resolved.  I got my bill and find I now have only 2 gig of data per month, I'm receiving paperless billing which I would never sign up for and to top it all off you charged me $45 for an upgrade.  I've tried calling 3 times and waited an hour each and the phone has never been answered.  How do I reach you to try and get this straightened out oram I just screwed?
