so bought the Samsung Galaxy 6 on the next plan and on the 33rd put down 215.00 on the phone the gentleman waiting on me for helping me out says hold on comes back out with a galaxy 4 tablet I said I don't want it he says it's free it won't cost you a dime more I said there has to be a hit I don't want it the guy that was a manager said no it's free when you buy the galaxy 6. So I was like cool does this change my bill is still going to be around 90 some odd dollars he says nope he said your bill will be the same every month so when I got home I looked at my monthly charges on the paper statement and it made sense but then I got the video statement in and the online one 177.00$ I can see a few things wrong for one I didn't want the 9.99$ protection plan I want the $6.99 plan just protection against damage that water whatever but somehow he upped it to the $10 plan and he put a phone number on the tablet I told him over and over again I don't want a tablet I don't use one I don't like them both my kids have tablets never use them he's like why would you pass up something for free I said okay I'll bite because you guys are telling me it's not going to cost me any more money boy I was wrong I look at the bill there's a 40 something dollars charge gives no explanation why on the tablet and another one on the phone so basically I fell like I was lied to my face while in the store! This partnership between me and AT&T has not started off so well I just noticed how high the bill was today not long ago and I couldn't give them a ring I will be doing it tomorrow but if I can get any help tonight to explain why the bill is so much higher I'd appreciate it so when I get online with customer service I can ask certain questions........ Thank you for any input!
