AT&T Customer Service Rep Lied about my data plan

I would like to file a complaint. I upgraded my iPhone 4S to an iPhone 5S on Dec 28th at a Best Buy store. While I was there, I had to sign a new contract. The salesperson there asked if I wanted to keep my existing plan (450 Nation rollover with Grandfathered Unlimited Data and 1500text). I said yes, I wish to keep my plan, she advised OK and I signed the contract.  A day and a half later when I left my home, I realized my phone wasn't getting data.

 

That day, Dec 30, I called AT&T immediately.  I troubleshooted with the rep on the phone and finally she discovered that the people at Best Buy had REMOVED my Unlimited Data completely. (!!!!) She told me she would have to open case for me. She placed me on hold for about 10 minutes while she worked on this "case" to see if they could REINSTATE my plan. 

 

She came back on the line, and gave me the good news that she was able to reinstate my plan. Everything was supposedly back to how it was.

 

A month later, I am paying my bill and I notice my statement says I have 3GB data. I went online chat with a nice rep named Archie, who determined that the rep I spoke to on Dec 30th changed my UNLIMITED DATA plan to 3GB!!!

 

I couldn't be more disappointed and upset with AT&T. I have had AT&T for many years and I cannot believe this dishonestly here and the trouble I have had to deal with just because I upgraded my iPhone.

Archie gave me a case #.  Can anyone help me?  At the very least I want to know how the rep on Dec 30th flat out lied to me and how AT&T can fix this.
