HELLO AT&T,
If my bill is around $100 per month and I am overseas for a long term business assignment, but I do not want to cancel my service due to contract and I also do not want to lose my phone number which I have had for over 10 years, what is the best way to freeze my account without having to pay $100 per month? I remember I spoke to a customer service agent a while ago and they said you can freeze your account for a small fee like $5 or $10 per month. Is this still a possibility or not? If not, what is the point of "suspending" an account if the cost is exactly the same without suspending???
