Ok so ATT changes my due date because they deceided it not working for them!? I call ATT and tell them my payment is going to be late. Att said " well we have had customers complain about changing their due dates so we can change it for you no problem"! So they change my due date back and then smack me in the face with a prorated bill that equals to 1&1/2 months total bill. REALLY ATT???????? Why would you do this to your loyal long term customers and not fix it or even care. Totally dissapointed !
