Not getting what I was told

When I switched over to att, I was told that I would get $200.00 a phone back as a bill credit 45 days after I had the phone. I switched over 4 phones. 45 days later I only received $400.00 credit. Not sure how that adds up. Called customer support and they politely told me I was lied to by the person that sold me the phones. And to have a good day. Good way to do business.
