I had to file an insurance claim. After reviewing options my husband and I decided that was the best solution. We were concerned about the deductible and we were told by lady that was helping us that we could make payment arrangements. I called after noticing that $199 was charged to our bill. I was told by two different account managers that I could arrange payments on that deductible and still pay my phone bill and keep service. When I was transferred to the finance department to make those arrangements I was told it was not possible. I know of two other people that had to do insurance claims and were able to make payments and when I mentioned that, the finance people told me they didn't know how those other people managed to do that. My phone will be shut off and when it is I will not be going through att anymore. I will not recommend them to friends anymore either.
