Bought a new phone through the next program and initiated new service. Att provided no conformation number, no conformation email, but deducted the money from my bank account for the phone purchase. Multiple calls to "customer service" only to be transfered to numerous different departments to be told, my order wasn't placed due to technical difficulties. If my order wasn't placed, why did you take my money for the phone? Only solution offered was to place another order, pay for the phone AGAIN, and wait up to 30 days to see if the money was refunded. Way to drop the ball AT&T.
