I called at 2pm on 2nd of September, and talked a Destiny. She told me "i can't do that" which i told her was unacceptable and ignorant to say that to a customers. She got offended, started with me, and i then asked for a supervisor, for which she placed on me hold for 50 minutes (and i'm still on hold). I then began to talk to myself under my breath, saying this woman is ignorant, and she got back on the phone and started to fight with me again. This woman needs to one...get disciplined, two get fired, three go back to customer service school. Please check the logs, and find out who this person is and where her call centers is.
